Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay. Check out this site: - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

first, they put spacers in between your molers which dont hurt at first, but put stress on your gums a few hours after, then about a week later, they put crowns on, which fit in the spaces between the molers that the spacers made, these dont put alot of stress on the gums or teeth. The crowns are used as the starting point for the brackets and wires. Then, they apply the brackets to the teeth using a special adhesive, and this only hurts if you havnt brushed your teeth in a while, then they put in the wire and when they tighten it be prepared for stress, because it will involve a tiny bit of discomfort, but other than that, the pain hype that its gained isnt that big, it doesnt even hurt that much at all. **** and unlike the comment above me, im not marketing a product (take that into consideration)*****

Am I intelligent enough to become a dentist?
Dentists come from all walks of life - I think the desire to work with people, have an eye for detail, be a bit creative and really be interested in the subject is probably the best 'qualifications' beside the actual required ones. Have you thought about the Royal Army Dental Corps? The best...

I suggest you start your search at 'Google Scholar'. Use the advanced search feature to narrow down the topics. You can also try searching the libraries of various dentistry colleges for research papers. Many allow full reading of the articles online.
