Breast cancer problem??? please help?

No one on this site can tell you if she is or isn't going to die. However, there are a lot of breast cancer survivor's!! There are millions of women who are diagnosed w/breast cancer and get through it. It won't be an easy road, and she's going to need lots of love, support, and prayers. Just be there for her! Be strong for her and with her! Her Dr.'s should know what type of breast cancer she has & what her available options are. Speak to your friend about it. Go to the Dr. with her.

Lots of variables. If she is stage 0 or stage I she has close to 100% chance of surviving the next 5 years. If she is stage IV, she has about a 20% chance of surviving 5 years. I was stage IIIa with about 67% chance of surviving 5 years. 5 years is up in February and I am fine. Don't panic, just be supportive and help her get through this, the treatment can be tough.

No way to tell without further information. An incompetent doctor will allow a patient to choose any treatment that's not malpractice. A competent one will give her the options that would be best for her case. A neighbor of mine has survived 20 years after a mastectomy so far - which basically means that she now has as much chance of dying of breast cancer as anyone else with her genes and her environmental history. Breast cancer isn't a death sentence - it's treatable.

That depends on what stage it's in if it's in it's early stages then she has a 50% chance of survival because there are 5 stages of this kind of cancer the first two aren't the best but they are better then the last two stages if it's in the last two stages then her survival rate is very poor hope I helped and good luck.
