Go the nearest VA with your DD214, ID card, and a copy of your medical records if you have them. They will input you there and get you set up for further treatment. If you were in Iraq or Afghanistan, there are specific case managers just for you, and you won't be waiting at the back of the line for most things.

easy: go down to the local VA, ask someone there where to go if you just got out of hte military, and they'll lead you there.

you really have to be pro-active in getting something from a dentist. I basically said that without ativan i will chicken out and not show for my appointment. he gave me a script for 5 1mg ativan and they help a little. I took 2 and went in for root canal.
