Switch from bio medical science to dentistry?

Highly unlikely. A couple of years ago it used to be the top person in the entire biomedical science school (which is around 500 people) had the option of transferring into medicine. Most universities do not allow this any more. So I'm guessing if it doesn't work for medicine, it won't for dentistry either. Do what everyone else does, come out with a 2:1 or 1st and take graduate dentistry. Use this time to get better work experience.
